You may return most new, complete packaging and manuals, complete with accessories, unused, and unfitted items sold and fulfilled by Zulyap within 7 days of delivery for replacement.

You may also be eligible to request a direct refund under the Product Guarantee Procedures if any of the following apply:

  1. You have not received your package and three days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date or the tracking shows a delivery confirmation, whichever is sooner.

Product Guarantee Procedures does not cover digital and electronic items, payments for services, stored value instruments. Additionally, if you file a chargeback with your payment provider or bank, you will not be eligible for a refund under the Product Guarantee Procedures. Product Guarantee Procedures applies those purchases only made on the Zulyap website

Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

  • Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, vendor partner may not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Items in dispute requires the following buyer initiatives:

  • Jewelry and watch items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
