General Terms

1. These terms shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Zulyap.
2. You may use this site only for lawful purposes. This site and the Services described herein are subject to, and you agree that you shall at all times comply with, all applicable local, national, and international laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and the like applicable to the use thereof.
3. We reserve the right to revise the content of our site (including the services offered by us) and these terms of use by posting the amendments on this site. By continued access to and use of our site, you agree to any such amendments.
4. We also reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms of use, including the right in our sole discretion to deny access to our site or any part of it without notice and to decline to provide the service to any user.
5. Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those services.
6. If there is any conflict between these terms of use and specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site (including local house rules) then the latter shall prevail.

Scope of Our Services

1. Through the site, Zulyap provides an online platform where you can browse and book different types of airlines and trip providers that offer flights going to and from the Philippines and to the different island destinations within the Philippines.
2. The platform also offers bookings for tour packages, hotels and resort accommodations, car rentals, and transportation services.
3. Likewise, we also offer direct online purchase of Philippine made products, food and restaurant vouchers, and discount vouchers for entertainment, attractions, and other services.
4. Zulyap is not a travel agency or tour operator and does not provide or own transportation services or accommodation. Further, we do not own, manage or control the products/ services posted on this Site.
5. The information that we disclose and the Services being offered in our Site is based on the information provided to us by third-party suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “Vendors”). As such, the Vendors that market and promote their services/ product on the Platform are given access to our systems and extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates/ fees/ prices, availability,policies & conditions and other relevant information which is displayed on our platform.
6. Although Zulyap displays information about properties owned by the Vendors and facilitates reservations with certain vendors, such actions do not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute Zulyap’s sponsorship or recommendation of Vendors, or any affiliation between Zulyap and Vendors.

Registration and Security

1. You may need to create and maintain an account with Zulyap to use the various Services offered on our site.
2. For registration purposes, we will collect and process your personal information, such as your name, electronic mail (e-mail) address, and your mobile phone number when you register. You agree that we may collect, store, and use information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. You must provide us with an accurate, complete, and latest information and agree to provide us with any proof of identity that we may reasonably request.
4. You cannot assign or transfer your account to any other party. Only you can use your own account and you represent and warrant that you will not authorize any other party to use your identity or your account for any reason, unless permitted by Zulyap.
5. You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password and any identification we provide to you. In the event of any disclosure of your password, in any way whatsoever resulting in any unauthorized use of your account or identity, order(s) received from such unauthorized use shall still be considered as valid orders and we will process such order(s). You hereby declare that Zulyap is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of your account.
6. If you no longer have control over your account, you are required to immediately notify us at (https://support.zulyap.com) so we can temporarily block and/or inactive your account properly. Please note that you are responsible for your use of your account and may be liable for your account even if your account is misused by others.

Protecting user privacy and other personal information is a basic policy of Zulyap. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services.

Usage Restrictions

1. You are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a single copy of pages of this site solely for your own individual use and internal business purposes, and you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute or exploit any material on this site for any purpose other than for your own individual, non-commercial use unless otherwise specifically authorized by us.

Refunds and Cancellations

1. By making an order, booking or reservation through the Site, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of applicable Vendors,including policies regarding cancellations and/or absence.
2. Zulyap is not responsible for any violation of these terms and conditions which are agreed on between you and the Vendor, so please read the Vendor’s terms and conditions carefully.
3. Regarding refunds, Zulyap may withhold or take a portion of the amount paid to reimburse the costs that have been incurred in connection with the cancellation.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

1. The information on this site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties as of any kind whatsoever with respect to this site or its contents and disclaim all such representations and warranties.
2. While we endeavor to provide an accurate description of the products and services on this site, certain information and services on this site may include materials and information from third parties over which we have minimal or no control. Furthermore, the information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We therefore cannot, and do not, guarantee, represent or warrant to you that this site, its contents and related graphics published in this site are accurate or complete and/or appropriate to you or your business.
3. All liability howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable in any way for any inaccuracy, error, or delay in or omission of any information or the transmission or delivery of any information, or for any loss, or damage arising from or occasioned by any technological failures, force majeure (including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing flood, extraordinary weather condition, earthquake or other act of God, fire, war, insurrection, riot, labor dispute, accident, action of government, communications, power failure or equipment or software malfunction) or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
