Return an Item
Items shipped from Zulyap is entitled for item replacement within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Provided that said product presents a reasonable claim for the policy as determined by Zulyap item return team. Some products have different policies associated with them.
Shipment of product applied for replacement will be to the account of the buyer. Zulyap will automatically replace the product after checking. Full refund of product billed amount will be credited to buyers account after 2 consecutive attempts to resolve the issue has failed. You may contact our Customer Service Center about disputes opened.
